  1. IMHO If one were to put an advertisement out solisiting buyers and then sell that buyers list for a fee that would be perfectly fine however when you place the compensation to the performance of a real estate transaction one needs a Brokers license... Selling the service of blogging for a fee is well within the law.
  2. Chris.. I always had the impression that fees based upon results when dealing with real estate transactions required a brokers license..
  3. Well dont tell anyone but if you go to www.Odesk.com you could hire someone there for 2.22 cents an hour, charge 4.44 and double your money.... This is our secret..
  4. Great just check your list against equity owners so you dont waste mail
  5. Hey Kyle, Try something along Hi Sellers First Name, Get rid of that renter’s ball & chain hanging around your neck. I can’t tell you how many people have told me that they would have never starting renting if they knew about all of the headaches that come with it. No more irresponsible tenants, costly repairs, or even vacancy leading to you making the mortgage payments. You can get rid of all these headaches for good! Just give me a call. I am interested in buying your rental. Vacant or not..
  6. Hey Chris, I use to promote a 16 letter mail campaign however in today's market why mail so darn much? Touch your Pre-foreclosures twice within a 30 day cycle and your Free and Clears every 45 days. If you can grab a cell number touch your COI monthly with a picture text. Fairly easy and dirt cheap.
  7. I would agree six weeks isnt too long. However depending on your investment strategy you may want to cross check the expired against an equity list to make certain youre not wasting money on mail.
