Good morning from New England. Got Mike's book and am about to enter the game. As luck would have it, I called a local investor who has 3 houses for rent, but all under contract. I asked him to hook me up with anyone else who might be able to work with me and lo and behold he referred to one of the largest property managers in our area with over 1000 apartments and houses. The guys manages and does not own! I am clearly a rookie at LO and CA and before I contact this guy and drop the investor's name I thought I would respectfully ask the Board members for some ideas on how to work with this guy for our mutual benefit. I assume he is the first to know when a landlord is tired of the business and could give me an in at that point. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. BTW, this place is the Real Estate place to be. Michael
