i too have a question about creating and LLC or corp........should this be done before i start doing any deals or is it just a good idea to have.....obvisously to proctect me. my friend just bought a LLC online for $600, and he has one rental in ATL......renting with section 8

thanks for the quick responce Michael, Ya as i read on in craigslist there are so many distressed sellers (so they say).but as a newbie and not being that savvy to the game, i'm not sure that i would know what do to with the property.....still have to finish the manual, also my best friend has a house that is vacant in ANTHEM, which is a newer secluded area north of the valley, ranging from 300k to 1.2k, hers comes in at around 310k, she bought it for 240k not even two years ago. i need to market for a tenant/buyer

Kay thank you for such the thorough and extensive research, it appreciate it, .......thats why i love you guys, never miss a thing, well i called m friend who's head honcho in the company and he took a look at the site a liked it, then did a three way call with a web designer in my upline and they all said its ok, they as well have site's without written aproval from ForeverGreen. he said as long as we don't make medical claims or claims of the company that it is ok, so far when people ask me "will it help this or that, i saw "The human body given the proper nutrition has the capability of healing itself". and also i have to make sure the page is clean, and have to watch how the company is represented on the website, but over all i think it will be a good way to see if the marketing pays off, so far it has. thanks philip

MC ya i will, well so far i have had one women contact me very excited after reviewing my myspace, complimented me on a very professional display of the company and the product. she watched the video on the website which starts playing automatically. and wanted to know more. I'd say its a great way to market for free and tap into a network that has over 48 million people networking daily. Darvin thats great, did you check out the groups, they have alot of real estate and investor groups. Thats funny i grew up like 20 minutes away from there. my parents still live there, just over the border in NH, nice area if you like solitude, trees and alot of snow....hahaha

I apoligize in advance this is not related to REI, but i could use some feedback. does anybody use Myspace.com to network and market there biz? i recentlyjust built a page to market my network marketing biz, i figure there are over 45 million people networking on myspace, i don't want to lose out on all the fun. there are many "groups" you can join to market what ever you want and chat to other professionals about your type of biz, pretty cool so i figured who better to look over my work than my naked-investors team. so if you ge the chance check out the page let me know what you think need some constructive critisism. i've tried to have some links on the website to my main website, but its still not done just starting building it yesterday Myspace website

I'm going to have to go with #1 or #5 1 targets people that want to seel now, and 5 targets people in your area but it's catchier(is that a real word) than 2, 3, 4. hope it helps

Hey Gordon, ya i have personally got my self on a couple of these free marketing sites, but it seems your just advertising to other people like you, who are advertising there biz, not sure i got the concept fully, still learning, one i tried was trafficswarm.com but everybody looks at my website but nobody wants anything, its like a hole bunch of spammers spaming each other...hahaha. well i'm going to check yours out seems better. thanks for the tip
