    I am a licensed real estate agent and investor. I have bought property sub2. You just add one document to your package that discloses that you are licensed but not participating in this transaction as a realtor and that you intend to make a profit. Have the seller sign that document first. It's pretty simple.

    Has anyone hired an individual or company to put up bandit signs on a regular basis? If so, what was the payment arrangement and how was the experience?
