  1. That was the plan Jonathan but she has developed health problems and decided it would be too much for her at this point. But she would love to stay in the home. That is why we are looking to find a fair investor to buy the home. That way he has a tenant and she has a landlord.
  2. I am looking to work with an investor in Ky or Southern Ind. that will give me a fair price for my house that was appraised a year ago for $72,000. I am willing to work with a person as far as payback money and such. I need around $57,500 out of the house and everyone is telling me I am nuts. It is a good house as everything was redone around 4 years ago, and I have a good tenant in it that is paying $525.00 a month and wants to stay. Anyone out there that can help me?

I can't do a deal like the ones posted I am not that rich but I have a house in Louisville Kentucky with a tenent in it That has been bank appraised for 72,000 a year ago and the city appraised it for tax reasons this year at 64,500 I would like someone to buy it. Doesn't need any major work done on it we re did everything 4 years ago. It is a pretty big house 1650 square feet with a garage Which is rare in are area. We are wanting to get 57,000 out of it But we can't do a trust thing because of my husband and mine health. But we are willing to work with someone on a deal If it is a fare deal. Houses are going up fast in our iner city neighborhood. City is targeting our neighborhood for owner options and first time homeower financing They are giving people good deals for no money down and such.
