I live in Wayne County, Michigan. I was told I couldn't use any state name as in "Wayne County Property Whatever" in my naming of an LLC, is that true? It's not a licenced business, but will that cause the state not to grant that name to me?

I've been listening to a lot of people saying the're having problems with the banks doing double closings, Has anybody experienced the same problems? And if so, how are you getting around this?
