    Can anyone tell me what the status is of lease options in Texas as it stands now? It seems that the posts I have been reviewing are from 2006 and back. My understanding is that there has been some more recent activity in 2007? Either way I am hoping that someone can fill me in on what is feasible to do regarding lease options. If they don't make sense, what are the alternatives?
