Nope can not say I had that question. However I have noticed that a company will take a pic of a property listed on realtor.com, post it to craigslist saying it is a rent to own deal. After clicking the link it takes you to a squeeze page to enter info. I see allot of this in certain cities on Pa.

From what I have been hearing with other people that do lease options this does not apply mainly it applies to investors doing owner financing and with their balloon clauses. Just keep referring to option fee, option this and option that and you should be ok. Now if you are presenting yourself other than that, well maybe. Here is a video I was sent from legalwiz that explains this, https://plus.google.com/u/0/ Evan

You are right, thanks for all the coaching! Everyone else on the sidelines you need to jump in on the next coaching opportunity by MC! -
I had recently came across a small deal in the 50's while doing my marketing for sellers. I looked at it and agreed to do a rent to own. For the amount of time and effort I put in it, I did learn allot of things that go into doing a rent to own and believe that this will spring board into bigger deals. From other investors I talk to that do rent to own, small deals are good, but you will put the same amount of work into bigger ones with bigger profits! I consider this Evan University, freshmen orientation! Keep moving forward! Evan

Pilot and Micheal C, doing some research work on YouTube, came across a guy from Philadelphia who was interviewing Kieth and Shannon French. Reminded me of that Real Estate guy, I believe his name was Tommy Vu? I think he was jailed on fraud. Saw you both on Pilots website for his class and mention little vu.

You can also contact your local authorities such as police and state troopers. Their is bound to be someone who does consulting work. Probably retired. That how I found my guy. Retired state trooper here in Pa. General background is 25.00.
