How do you collect your back end profit on sandwich lease? Do you have to use transactional funding to buy from your seller? I 'm confused since I'm not the owner will the buyers lender kill the deal? I'm sure its a simple solution, any advise?
If your sandwich lease optioning a house or just assinging a lease back to the seller, what do you tell your tenant/buyer when they ask if your the owner? thanks Rick-southern california
