I am offered one buildable lot for sale (200X200) in Howell, NJ. It is investment company owned and I have the link at the investment company. I am interested in flipping at a simultaneous closing. Since I can't sell what I don't own, and can't get an option on the property for another month, I would like to find a buyer. Price to you, the end buyer, is $65,000. The lot had a 1 family home on it, and is near transprotation to NYC and Phila. I will only send info to those interested in a simultaneous close. Please advise, CJD
