Although I dont think we have to adhere to the DNC there may be issues with voiceblasts and attending the call.. I would suggest hire someone off or Odesk for 3 bucks an hour and have them cold call. BTW you can load the telephone number into my text system and send an audio text...

The ad worked great and with exception of my 30 minute infomercial it pulled the best response. The shotgun ads are really great for high audiences. In todays market I like yellow letters better since not everyone is a selling canidate..

Michael I use to be on the side of never dealing with an agent or Broker and buy before the deal was contaminated... Being a Broker myself I have seen too many uneducated agents and Brokers screw up deals trying to be the "Guy". However I have learned not to be too hasty and if the deal fits and a commission can be paid make the darn thing work and according to Realtor Ethics and assuming the Seller hasnt requested not to a buyer can have their agent present the offer to the seller. Just request to be there too.

Is it only me or is anyone else noticing a huge increase in seller calls?

Had a RE only text service and actually unplugged it to create a full feature site. The keywords will come however it all takes time. As for a sexting site... I am certain the admins on this site see some strange stuff come across however OMG people should not send pictures of their body parts. Talk about some ugly junk....

Well reply messages are starting to work although its like pouring concrete... They tell me it will be real time by weeks end... Didnt say which week however... Then they deleted the damn data base so the 20 people who signed up yesterday are pissed off... WHy did I ever think about creating a text site..... I must be bored or boring... maybe a dumb shit...

The site is up and somewhat functional although we are fixing bugs and in the middle of adding replies messages. However for those of you who would care to use it please do. Keep in mind that this is beta, so with that said there is going to be learning curve for everyone. However I have been using it for a while now and it seems to be functioning very well. It is going up in a couple months by .003 cents. lol and if you mail within your area it is cheaper... Naturally the permit cost a little. 180 each year and if memory is correct a 180 one time fee. However worth every cent when sending a ton of postcards. You can save a few dollars on the permit fee by using click2mail or another mail service. I havent used C2M however I hear the neg is that it is difficult to get all of the wording within the areas allowed. The price is right however. If you do them yourself buy a hp2025, they run 499.00 sometimes on sale for 399. big issue is that they are 4 over 4 two sided printers that handle up to 110 pound stock. problem is that over the counter ink is 500.00 bucks and only expect to get about 3000 cards out of that. If you buy from 4inkjet.com you can get reconditioned ink for 240.00. The positive is that you can get your mail out fast and if needed change the message on the fly. Good luck

It has been my experience that this card wont pull well as other larger cards. For a few reasons 1) Size matters and it appears to be the 4x6 post card, probably so you can use a first class post card stamp. Issue is that it get lost in the other junk mail. A first class stamp is .26 cents, a stamp that will handle upto a 6x9 is .273 and if mailing within the area .213 using a bulk mail permit. 2) Drop the 800 number... In the old days before VOIPs you had to have a 800 number to disguise the fact that you lived two states away. Get a ring central 4.99 monthly local number. 3) Tell your story. People who respond to post cards like the story of what we do. 4) be careful not to put STOP FORECLOSURE too boldly on the postcard. May be a little offensive. Just my take.

I never buy on a LO most always a Sub2 with seller financing... Heck understanding presentations is the key, besides marketing, this is a reinforsement PC. Historically PCs are not call to action so I send it out after a couple yellow letters.
