  1. My tenants just signed a new lease in July and promptly skipped out. I have almost $1000 in damages plus unpaid August rent as well as the remaining 11 months of the lease. Their deposits covered $950 which they won't get back, but is it worthwhile to go after them for anything else or just be happy they left without destroying the place?
  2. I have a $3000 judgement on some deadbeats who skipped out on their lease. They still reside in the area and are still employed. How would I go about collecting on this? They don't have much but both work and she is a nurse in a treatment facility so makes around $35K annually. Do I just turn them over for collection, or?
