I've got a new HOT property to check out It's a concrete block 2/1 property BY THE WATER appraised about two weeks ago for $85k and selling for $34k ONLY! 320 Elm St, Jax, FL 32204 The house was been gutted and rehabbed. The floors and walls need to be finished off with the bamboo hardwood (materials already provided inside the house) SEE THE VIDEO to understand what is left to be done... tons of materials are left in the house.
