    Hi, My name is Victor Nevarez, I am interested in your offer and I think I can find something My biggest issue is that i dont have a credit, can you lend even when the person doesn't have a credit? If yes, what are the terms and rate? Another question is, Are you only interested to lend on apartment building deals or could be a mobile home parks?     Hi, My name is Victor Nevarez, I am looking for some funding. I have a couple of properties in Ohio and I am interested to buy much more, I used to look for properties where the total investment (purchase price + repairs) are 60% or less of the ARV, But my biggest issue is that I don't have a credit. Now, my question is, can you lend money without a credit? if yes, what are your terms and rate? I am looking for more information, I hope you can help me Victor
