Hi name is Victor Guerra and I am 24 years old. I have being studying Real Estate Investing for over a year and half already. I believe I am in point in my life where I know I can do this successfully, but I seem to sabotage my own self. I just need to stop over analyzing everything I do.

I feel like I need to get away from the rat race first to actually really enjoy 'free' time with my loved ones. I have sacrificed everything for the past year to accomplish my goal. That goal is to be successful in real estate investing, and be financially abundant. Other than that I am usually a calm outgoing person you'll ever get to know.
