First time post to the forum. I just purchased and received Michael's manual. I have started calling and e-mailing. The initial response is much better than mailings to estates in probate. (my last endeavor) What has everyone found is the best way to keep track of all of the contacts? I see sounding like an idiot when someone calls back and I have no idea who they are or what they are selling. Thanks David
