That could be an option as well...I'm going to stop thinking about it so hard and just put the freaking We Buy Houses signs out. Like MC says if it didnt work people wouldn't still be doing it. I don't have the money or the time to experiment right now.

Honestly I don't know what the signs are going to say yet I'm torn between the old faithful We Buy Houses and something different like House wont" Sell? I think I'm gonna split them up 50/50. I get cha though MC I'm working, I'm currently doing email marketing and cold calls. Thanks for reading..

Hey Everyone, On my quest to find FSBO or FRBO who will agree to let me put an option on their prop. I want to start some other marketing besides emails, and cold calls. Has anyone used the standard "we buy houses " to bring in leads? I was thinking about something like " House wont sell " I can help Call xxx-xxxx I've just learned this week that I have like 3 competitors in my same zip code! Steve, All though I have not been greatly successful at anything. I have had moderate success at my own business ventures and some success in network marketing so I'm not completely green to business and what it takes.( not one dollar from real estate though I understand that its a process, a process that I'm more than willing to go through. I have made a tentative daily task list that I'll use this week, then tweek it from there. All I want to do is build a ratio, from there I'll know exactly what I have to do to get the results I want. I have already picked up a good bit of useful info from this site and I will continue to keep reading! For now we can just kick ideas around to whats working currently, since things change so often. I'm also gonna pick up MC's manual..probably today to see what I can learn as well. Thanks for reading..

Thanks for getting back to me. I dont mean to come off as a spase or anything but I just like structure. I'm a to do list kind of guy. I have been using CL and the other normal sites to send emails and I have gotten a hand full of leads but nothing solid yet. I definitely dont want to have paralysis of analysis but I have found myself jumping around from task to task during the day and I felt like I wasn't using my time productively. I have the opportunity to go at this full time so I just want my day to be full of money making activities the problem is...I'm not exactly sure what i should be doing.. I'll just fail forward until I figure out what I'm doing. Thanks for your insight

Hi all, I've been trying to get my CA business going for 2 weeks and I'm having some issues getting organized. Since you guys are experts I figured I could get some help. How long from start up can I realistically be making a full time income? 5k per month is the goal for now ( If I really work hard at it 6-8hrs a day ) I know that question can differ but in general..from your past experience. For those of you who are full time how do you allocate your time during the day? ie..posting on CG, making phone calls, putting out fliers What would be a good number of emails, cold calls to shoot for daily? How can I speed up my online marketing instead of just copying and pasting all of my emails? Any suggestions on lead generation, auto responders or sites where I can find more sellers? I'll stop there, before I get to crazy. I know some of these things may be elementary to you guys but any help would be appreciated.
