  1. Chris, I did my usual lack of due diligence about tos (not any more.) Imported my list, then went to blast my first property to my list. On that page it said I did not put in the why you are getting this footer. I put in that "You are getting this email because you opted in to my Free Foreclosure Listing Page, If you do not want further emails click the unsubscribe link below" It said I was to be reviewed before the emails could be sent. They then sent me an email stating the tos bann on Real Estate Investments, and that they would not allow me to use their service. Sean
  2. You can try and I hope you have better luck with them than me. Read TOS. In there it says they will not allow any lists campaigns that involve REI. They bounced me when I tried to send a blast to my list.

  4. Hi all, Just wanted to introduce myself. Basically new. Got a few courses under my belt, one deal that I JV'd on in the works on the wholesale flip reo side. Adam King mentioned Mike's course in one of his videos and I just ordered it. Looking forward to siphoning deals off of the we buy houses crew in RI. Tough competition in the wholesale gig here with the unemployment being so high, every ones a wholesaler, as long as they are getting their benefits extended. Real money players are snatching up all the good reos before they hit the market. In fact I was talking to an reo agent, the inventory is down and he is waiting for the banks to release their next wave. But the rental market is smokin, Agents have so many clients that are looking for RTO and LP's are advertising on CL daily offering 1/2 month rent fees, heck one guy will fill a house rental for $495 flat fee.
