Hey California Rick & fellow board members, how is everyone? I haven't forgotten about you guys & I surely haven't forgotten about real estate investing It just seems like over here in Joisey we've been getting hit with one storm after another which forced me to turn the heat down a little bit on my endeavors I went from going out & getting addresses of various FSBO properties to praying that I don't slide down the highway Very scary stuff! Too much snow for me, I'm about sick of it! In the meantime, I've been coming up with new strategies, networking with more people online, reading more, things like that The next week or so I'll be heading to the courthouse, weather permitting of course GGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Wow what a small world! I'm originally from up North Jersey City, NJ to be exact...I miss those days How'd you know I was a hard, leather clad, tattooed woman! Ok, I'm not hard (getting mushy as I get older) & I havent done too much of the leather thing (yet) but everything else is true! Welcome JerseyGirl, I use Verizon. But am considering a switch because clarity in the line and phone replacement ( to CELL ONE). Its a great way to start and you have your own line. With the cell phone you rarely miss a call as per the original post. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wow, I've never heard of Cell One before...is it only available where you are Craig?

Speaking of cell phones, does anyone know what the best plan is for new investors with limited finances? Calling plan, best carrier, pre-paid or not? Sorry to piggy-back off your post Craig

I know I'm all late (and new) to this thread but will these marketing technique's work for bird dogs? I'm in South Jersey and getting started with leads for my investors, I have been told that I need to market myself rather then farm areas From an economical standpoint (and temperature wise) it makes sense, why waste time and gas if I can have them come to me? And who wants to freeze their butt off?
