Your typical college student is simply looking for a temporary residence. So, in all likelihood they are not going to be responding to your ads for Rent to Own properties.However, college town or not, there are many others in your community who do need permanent housing, and who will eagerly respond to your advertising for a chance to get into a property offered with creative terms. If your wife backs you up it will help you out alot. To ease your wifes mind do this:Run a test ad that saysRent to OwnHome avaliable soonCall your number Your phone will certainly ring off the hook. Saying that the home availabe soon gets you off the hook of not having a home. Explain to them that you are currently looking at a home and plan to close on it soon.
