Hi Bald Eagle.

 

An "agreement" is just another word for "contract." If it's valid it's valid whether it's called an "agreement" or "contract," although you might want to use one word or another depending on the context. For example. a buyer may want a lawyer to look over a "contract" but feel confortable signing an "agreement."

 

As you know, many time legal review by the buyer's lawyer may be a deal killer even though everthing is legal and in order... Why? Many many reasons...
