These will be NOO and no seasoning. These houses were in foreclosure so I plan on purchase or sub2 w/refi then L/O them as exit strategy. Need advice but need loans also. 2000 4/2 modular home on foundation with 3 lotsapp. value: 85Kneed 95% refi 2/1 homeapp. value: 50Kneed 95% refi 3/1.5 home with 2 lotsapp. value: 60Kneed 95% refi I have a 650 FICO and all properties are located in Illinois Looking for 3+ year ARM or 30 year fixed with no early payoff penalties.
