Only interested in a JV situation in each project for a short time. He will bring the bankable collateral to the table and the borrower brings the lender RWA to lend against the collateral. Projects of interest: Manufacturing, High-Tech, Aviation, Aerospace, Environmental, Power, Shipping, Oil and Gas, Pipe Lines, Refineries on a selected basis, Mining, Medical, Large upscale Resort Hotels/Casinos, Tall high-rise Office Buildings, large upscale high-rise Condos, etc. Not that interested in real estate projects. Will consider some projects outside USA provided the borrower based and well established here in the States. You must have bank letter in your hand RWA to fund against bank instrument and close loan.
