mr2monster 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2004 What about a newsletter to all of your current clients giving them home tips, gardening tips, (anything to key pride of ownership) and also asking for a referral? You could do this via email or regular BW copy... mail it with their invoice. Would this be a good idea? Get comps for your TB home(s) every quarter maybe so that they can see that their property is appreciating (hopefully becoming closer to their purchase price.)
