I'm not a 'motivated seller' and there is no rush to sell them. Bill Bronchick: 1) Alternative Real Estate Financing: manual, two VHS vids, and 6 audio cassette tapes. 2) LLC's and Family Partnerships I bought both for over $200. They are in good shape but I have done some highlighting and underlining in both. For the "alternative" I'd like to get between $135 - $185 for it and the LLC/Family Partnership between $99 - $150. I'm open to negotiations on the price. I'm willing to do a 30 money back guarantee if returned in the same/original condition. Buyer covers postage on the return also. Some of you may be wondering why I'm selling these? Simple, I've got a working understanding of the concepts from being a loan officer and they are just collecting dust on my shelf.
