I'M ABLE TO ASSUME THE SELLERS MORTGAGE OF 171,500.00 @ 6 %

THE SALES PRICE IS 192,500.00.I NEED IDEAS OF THE BEST WAY TO

GET THE REMAINING 21,000.00 AND CLOSING COSTS.

MY SCORES ARE 670-658-612,AND I OWN 3 OTHER MULTI BUILDINGS

WITH EQUITY IN THEM,BUT A R-1 ZONING ORDER MAKES LENDERS RUN

FOR THE HILLS , THE REBUILD ORDER DOES IT.FORGIVE ME I POSTED THIS

ON THE LEASE SECTION OF THIS SITE TWICE.
