Kimberly 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2004 Call the school that you'd prefer, give them the address of the house in question, and just ask what the transfer policies and procedures are. It's different everywhere. Some school boards are open to that, others are not. Also with the No Child Left Behind Act some schools, if repeatedly low performing, are required to allow transfers to higher performing schools.
