Would be glad to hear from anyone who might have something to sell as I think they would be better investments instead of stocks in this market. We have been thinking about starting up a project that you would earn 12 to 20% per year. I'm sure you have heard a lot of projects but a few minutes will assure you this one is sound. We will be putting the money into projects for only two weeks at a time and have a guaranteed 1 point payback at the end of the two weeks. After a few of these, you will want to pour more into it. Larry, good morning...I have a note for sale, it is collaterized by a SFH in San Leandro, Ca ...it represents 15% of the home's value...matures in 2019 or before if certains events happen.
