steve55121 0 Report post Posted March 24, 2005 HI!, I was wondering if anyone knows of any companies that administer contract for deeds? I would like to buy houses... place them into trusts and then do a wrap mortgage and sell it contract for deed. This way I can carry paper and make money on my spread over a series of years. any suggestions ? -Steve
Jonathan RexfordFL 8 Report post Posted March 24, 2005 service the note yourself. A wrap is not the same as contract for deed. Either you are buying subject too or maybe you are going to wrap with current seller ..But I would just have seller deed property into trust. Then you sell on contract. Its pretty easy to do. Adam King (MI) 1 Report post Posted March 28, 2005 Steve,I agree with Jonathan, but if you're going to sell your interest on a sub to, you better make sure the seller knows what's going on! I would also have them sign a disclaimer acknowledging your assignment or sale. This is why the DOS clause was invented!Just my two cents,AdamPS Check out this link. http://notenetwork.com/I am currently involved with some of their associates on our mobile home acquisitions. We buy cash, wholesale, create contract for deeds and then sell them for a discount.
