draegarfrog 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2005 Hi Bev....no problem about the email. Right now I'm building contacts (old friends)in different areas. My plan is to get a network going and then once they've been established and understand how everything works and what I expect out of them, I'll start my search for sellers. I plan on doing all the negotiating with both the sellers and the t/b. My contacts will take a look at the property, email me pictures, check out the neighborhood, market the property, get contact info of t/b, open escrow, pick up/give keys etc. Like I said, I don't know if it will work but I'll give it a shot. I figure if I can make this work I could live anywhere and still sell houses. I have 8 mos to figure this out then I'm back in the land of opportunity, the good old USA.
