100% NOO loan on Duplex Washington St. needed

I am looking at making an offer of $98000 on a duplex in Washington State. My mid score is 703 and my wife's is 752. Could anyone give me an idea on what rates I may expect on a 80/20 loan? You can email me @ ss912003@yahoo.com.
