Honest to goodness I was thinking , whay can't I get a few things I want as l/o money insteaded of cash say a Boat, Camper ,Truck Jet ski Just thinking outside the box a bit maybe these things and a little cash or maybenot add on to the monthly payment Just a thought. I remember once back in Albuquerque a prospective t/b desperately wanted to get into a property I was offering as a Rent to Own. He didn't have a dime in his pocket.
