Glenn (MI) 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2006 Hello All, Been a bit since I breezed through here. Is anyone familiar with an investment buying strategy called Inverse Purchasing at all? I heard this subject at a recent real estate meeting and one investor says thats all he does. I'm not familiar with it, anyone else?? Happy Trails, Glenn

Happy Trails, Glenn Yes, I have heard about it from the author John Alexander's system he sells this over the tube late nights. Anyhow after read it a few times I asked the same question as you did on this board and no one answered as to what the inverse program was about. So I have to say that after reading these books a few times and doing some research on other websites I compared the inverse with the pure option and I rather do a pure option then and inverse because it seems to me that it's less paper work and a lot easier to explain to the seller what you are doing or want to do. That's my two bits
Glenn (MI) 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2006 Ok, thanks for the reply Megabucks. I'll snoop around a couple other forums and ask. I'm not familiar with John Alexander or his late night infomercials. Just that in itself is enough to scare me. I don't know any infomercial gurus that aren't involved in some scandel for walking the fine line of ethics for dollars. Jonathan RexfordFL 8 Report post Posted July 16, 2006 Well for one I can tell you that the system will work if you will. The ones that have taken the class or bought the homestudy course are not allowed to reveal the contents of the way it works. But lets just say its a way to buy and flip a property.
