Dave T 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2007 Refer to Publication 17, chapter 12. More specific information may be found in Publication 529, Miscellanious Deductions. You may be able to deduct union dues as a miscellaneous deduction subject to the 2% of AGI limit but only if you itemize deductions on Schedule A.
