I've taken to adding at the end of the letter, "PS: I am not a Realtor and prefer to deal direct with the homeowner only. If you are a Realtor, or if your house is already listed, please disregard this email. Thank you." I should say in my reply. Any suggestions? Keep it clean, guys. . .
