sdkone 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 Hey Guys,Question. I have a section 8 tenant that has been renting with me for about 1.5 years. She is currently paying $1100.00 per month. I want to raise the rent on this client but her voucher is only for $1100.00 per month. What should I do? Will the Section 8 program reconsider her voucher amount or do I make the tenant pay the increase separately every month? What is the best way and what is the legal way?
