GUARANTEED APPROVAL HOME ACQUISITION PROGRAM We now can get you into a home using our credit. Your credit really doesn't matter. We'll use our network of investors to buy the home using their excellent credit. They will then owner finance you. NO MORE RENTING! We as investors will buy the home below market value and sell back to you at the full appraised price. Interest rates are 9.99% and monthly payments will be approx. 1% of total amount. For example, $150,000 home will have payments (if you put no money up as down payment, but have closing costs) at least $1500 per month. If you want to go into this program, there is a $500 application analysis fee. You will also be responsible for appraisal fee, home inspection fee and any earnest money required.
