Adding to the income

With every buyer and/or renter that I deal with, I'll place either a business card* or flier on the

fridge/counter top offering Dish Network.

 

I mean, heck, you have your new home, you're going to "need"

some television, right?

Why not add to your beer fund? (if you're a certain person livin' in Florida and/or Michigan)

For every referral/sale I make, I get $125.

 

I'm working with some local realtors (Imagine that )

by having them do the referring for me. I'll split

whatever I get for every sale generated.

Obviously, my main target is new home buyers.

Of course, you're not just limited to someone buying a house.

Personally, it's tied in quite well with my real estate endeavors.

Not a bad idea at all, Jason. It's like you have a captive market and, yeah, most folks are going to hook up with either a dish or the local cable company. Spreading the wealth by utilizing a network of Realtors borders on brilliant! Now I'm beginning to see why the lil' boss you married accepted your proposal.
