Craig 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2007 We are purchasing a trailer park and 17 acrces of land to build 30 townhomes on the vacant land for phase 1 of the river front project. My question is does land and trailer park need to be paid for in full to sub divide the vaccant land before selling the townhomes. There must be some brokers here in the corners.
