apbowman 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2008 Ok I just wanted to offer financing to everyone here for their tenant buyers. What I have is funding available for people with good or bad credit. Basically I have 4 different programs available. What I would need is a 1003 loan/credit application filled out, credit report with all 3 FICO scores. The programs that are working the best right now are The No Credit (requires more paperwork for scores below 500) and The 560 FICO program. We have 2 others which are pretty good to. So if this is something you want to bring to the attention of your TB email me and we can get the process started.
