snuggles21777 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2008 Long story short ..I thought I was getting a loan for the home I want, I put in an offer, now the loan didnt go thru.I Need Cash ASAP.The home I am selling I am currently living in .. till the closing of the other home, approx a week (so i need $ w/in a week)Its located in Middleport PA. (7 miles in between Pottsville and Tamaqua)Its a 1/2 of a double, on a quiet street, not many homes on the street. (next block up is woods for about 2 miles).132 yr old roof, newer wiring4 bedrooms, 1 bath1200 sq. ft.pool w/deck, fenced in yard, shed,Newer windows (2 yrs old) Steel doors.Any thing I missed .. please ask.Was appraised at 24,000Only thing it needs is siding, we started it, but winter came too quick. We have the siding here.Oh and electric/propane heatWilling to discuss any offer at this point, but I do need to get $ for the home I am purchasing, I have 1/2 of that.Take a look n make me an offer.
