-Tony- 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2008 I am not a broker but I see seversl ways depending on the loan amount you could get a heloc, if over 50k refi conventional or evan get a blanket loan... your best bet ist talk to a mtg pro, we have several on here; to name a couple there is mpine ..... seems more conventional hard money guru ....... Well the name gives it away but I think he does conventional as well and I know for a fact he has programs for cash out refi after 90-180 days Who are you using for hard money, if you don't mind me asking?
