osoese 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2008 I have a Myrtle Beach condo that I owe 85,000 on and is worth somewhere between 140,000 (tax assessed value) and 170,000 (appraisal in 2005) - it was completely remodeled after the 2005 appraisal and is listed in Frommer's guide as recommended places to stay.
