The asking price is $209,000 yet willing to accept $150,000. The comps are well over $280,000. It is an outdated home with an estimated renovation cost of $40,000. I am willing to do the legwork which includes: marketing, contracting, inspecting, selling, listing,etc. The ideal candidate must have a credit score of 650+ and willing to split the profit 70/30.
