Tonebuckets 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2008 I recently bought two investment properties cash in Buffalo, NY, rehabbed them and rented them out. One is a single family, the other is a duplex. Between the two I receive $1900.00 per month. Credit score plummetted after I used almost all available credit cards to purchase and rehab. Right before I bought both houses, which I bought within days of each other, credit score was a 725, now, credit score is a 630. Nearly 100 points. Still no lates on anything. I'm looking for a decent LTV, say 60-65, to pay off CC's and refi after score has had a chance to rebound. Loan amounts are small, I know some HML's have minimums so that's why I'm mentioning it, around 30-35K each. Please contact me if you can help with this funding.
