Time has a way of changing things.

 

Follow up until they've either sold the property, or

they tell you to buzz off entirely.

I agree Jason. 50% of my deals are from past conversations and offers, or with the sellers I have worked with in the past. Use the SHORT OFFER it is one of the most powerful tools in the Naked Investor System.

randian, time is a great motivator. You'd be surprised at how one's attitude can change after making two more mortgage payments on a vacant property. It's not unusual for a homeowner to email me in response six months or more after my initial contact.
