jasondavis 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2009 I need help locating funding for foreclosure/REO acquisition and rehab. The lenders I do find that I can meet their criteria, don't fund in Michigan. The ones that do, I can't meet their criteria (either skin in the game or credit) Somebody please help. I have 4 (maybe 5-difficult to get comps) that I am looking at that. Issues: no money and low 500's credit Properties: Everything I am looking at is looking to be 45-65% ARV (preliminary) I think actual 3rd party appraisals will concur and if not then I'm not interested.
