This is the most recent email I received today...

Subject: RE: $19900 / 2br - Nicely Updated Affordable Home in Senior MHP - Owner Financing

 

 

What you claim to be doing is exactly what a local businessman was doing, up until the FBI arrested him. I am sure they will be interested in looking into your company as well.

 

 

Looks they copied it to the Portland FBI office as well...

 

I replied to ALL.. That's fine... not doin anything illegal!

Yeah that one was good, real good. There should be a fine for these types of guys that waste the FBI's time with stupid complaints that have no merit.

 

Related to this in a sense is that our society has become so litigious, it's ridiculous.

What exactly does the email you're sending out say? I've had the odd testy reply but nothing like this!

It has nothing to do with the contents of the email. It's just some crotchety old fool with too much time and too little smarts.

I've sent out my variation of the same email and have yet to receive any

sort of reply like that.

 

Of course, I've noticed there has been a longer reply time from

the 2nd email I send out vs. the initial contact.

 

I'd imagine it's either weeding out the non-motivated

or they're thinking my proposal over.

 

Either way, all's good in the Heart of Dixie!

It has gotten to the point now, If your not wage slaving 9-5 everyday...OR ... If someone does not "understand" what your doing then you are automatically BREAKING THE LAW!!!

Now that is good! The funny thing is... I got an out-of-office reply from the FBI Office when I replied back to go ahead and report me to the Feds...

Seems like most of the other real estate bad guys...

He either took buyers' money and never applied it to make

the original mortgage payments.

 

and/or

 

He charged home owners for a loan mod and did

a sale/lease back.
