joshril 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2009 I'm about to create a spreadsheet to keep track of my prospective T/B's and sellers for that matter... If anyone already has one that works for them and don't mind sharing, I would appreciate it very much!
Jason (AL) 1 Report post Posted March 17, 2009 One for completed deals?(I have that) Or just those that you've only talked to and/or emailed?Rather than a spreadsheet, I simply create folders within my gmail account. For example, I have folders set up as such: BuildersBuyersCA/LO ContractsFRBOFSBOInvestorsTenants Whether a seller, tenant, investor, etc. is interested in one of my offers or not, I'llmove the email to the corresponding folder.I'll then follow up with a reasonable time period. With gmail (if you use that), a simple spreadsheet wouldn't be too difficultto create, as you can create documents of any kind. I've since started using gmail documents, rather than Microsoft Word/Excel/Spreadsheet,as I can access my documents and vital information from any computer. With Microsoft, you're only limited to the computer in which it was saved.
