POA and the Lease Option

Howdy, I have POA form local Title Co. The POA is only for sales and purchase's though. Can this be used for a CA? or a special one or not all. Diver is getting close to his first deal. Thanks, Diver

Why not contact the title company directly and ask them for their preference? Good luck with that first deal looming. Ask your questions and keep us posted.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's a POA?

I believe POA is Power Of Attorney.
